A whimsical story about the magic of childhood and make believe which introduces young readers to the world of music. Full of beautiful lyrical language this story is perfect for families who love music, elementary school teachers, and homeschool families. It introduces young readers to alliteration, onomatopoeia, similes, metaphors, hyperbole, and personification. There are also some fun elements like hidden rabbits on the pages to find.

Giving reading recommendations is just an estimate- all kids are unique individuals who have different interests and develop at different times but if I had to give an estimate it would be best for kids aged 5-10. That's not to say a 11-year-old wouldn't like it-just depends on your unique kiddo!

This is a perfect picture book for older kids too, because older kids need picture books too.
